salami sandwiches with artichoke-basil spread... 10 minutes

SANDWICH NIGHT! With this unique spread, it won't feel like the same old, every day sandwich...

the goods:

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts in water, drained
about 15 leaves of fresh basil
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
sandwich bread (whichever you prefer)
fontina cheese, sliced
dark leaf lettuce
hard salami, thinly sliced

In a food processor, combine artichokes, basil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and red-pepper flakes; pulse until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper; pulse briefly to combine.

To make sandwiches, top bread with artichoke-basil spread, layer with salami, a slice of fontina cheese, and dark leaf lettuce.

Get out the chips, and enjoy!

I think you need a stars system. Like how many stars out of 5 are those sandwiches? Because I know the pulled pork is like a 5 plus! You need to do the 15 minute chicken fajitas. I just made those AGAIN tonight because I was in a rush and they are the best and so fast, so easy with no clean up. We must give them to the people.
