chicken salad... 15 minutes

the goods:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup half-and-half
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups diced cooked chicken
3 celery stalks, chopped
3 scallions, sliced
3 cups red and green grapes, halved
1/4 fresh dill, minced
lettuce and croissants, for serving

In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and half-and-half. Add the lemon juice and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add the chicken, celery, grapes, and green onion to the bowl and toss to combine. Add the dill and give it a final toss. Store in the refrigerator. Serve on croissants, in a wrap, or on just plain sandwich bread.
