chicken burrito bowls... 15 minutes

the goods:

shredded chicken from the breasts of 1 rottisserie chicken
2 cups cooked white rice
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
4 cups romaine lettuce. shredded
sour cream and salsa, for serving

Layer 1/2 cup rice, 1/2 cup chicken, black beans, lettuce, corn, tomatoes, green peppers, and avocado. Top with salsa and sour cream.
