bbq chicken drumsticks... 45 minutes
the goods:
2 cups ketchup
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
dash of liquid smoke
skinless chicken drumsticks
In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire, vinegar, and liquid smoke; season with salt and pepper.
Place 1 cup of the bbq sauce in a large bowl; add chicken, toss to coat, and let marinate in the refrigerater until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Arrange chicken on prepared sheet and bake for 35 minutes, turning chicken halfway through.
Toss cooked chicken with 1/2 sauce and serve with more sauce on the side. Don't forget the napkins!

Good thing those drumsticks look so good when they are cooked because when they are raw with the BBQ sauce...... yucky looking.
